• Course Overview •


This 51-hour online course looks into the interrelationships between supply chain planning processes and related business functions. Participants will be introduced to basic concepts and terminology used in the carious planning areas - demand planning, material planning, distribution planning etc.

Progressing to leading supply  chain planning practices, modules will highlight how businesses have responded to new challenges using supply chain planning concepts.

The impact of problems / glitches in supply chain and its impact on corporate shareholder value and the role of performance measurements across the supply chain will also be included.

There will be quizzes towards the end of some modules to test participant's understanding of the topic.

Participant is required to complete the course within one calendar year, i.e., the login access is valid for one calendar year (from the first login).

• Payment •

Payment is required prior to commencement of the course. Once the payment is received, a set of login access (userid & password) will be issued to the participant.

Crossed cheque should be made payable to "National University of Singapore". Kindly indicate the name of participant(s), company name and course title on the reverse side of the cheque.

• Refunds & Cancellations •

A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing) ten working days before the commencement of the course. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by fax.

The Logistics Institute - Asia Pacific reserves the right to cancel the course and fully refund the participants their fees should unforeseen circumstances warrant it. Every effort will be made to inform participants of any changes. While every effort is made to present the course as advertised, circumstances may make it necessary to alter the schedule and/or presenters.
