Assistant Manager / Administrative Officer (Dual Master Degree Program)

You will manage the Dual Master Program (DMP) processes and ensure their efficient operation.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Program Marketing
• Prepare and develop all marketing materials and collaterals for the DMP
• Organizing and coordinating road shows, open house activities and all
   other programs in the promotion of the DMP

Program Structure
• Develop and review the Standard Operating Procedure showing the tasks
   of all involved parties
• Organize meetings for Education Consultative Committee etc.

Program Administration
• Estimate resources (budget and possible additional manpower) needed to
   support the DMP process and marketing activities
• Planning and monitoring the work flow processes, ensuring that tasks are
   done according to schedule (Admission, Enrolment, Registration,
   Examination, Commencement): to work with related departments closely
   on these tasks
• Collate student applications and manage the process of selection, offer and
   admission
• Manage all fee-related issues
• Prepare documents associated with DMP for NUS administration, industrial
   relations and student administration
• Coordinate examination matters, including upload of marks and collating
   reports to Board of Examiners’ meeting
• Coordinate with Georgia Tech on processes associated with students’
   residence in GT
• Coordinate with companies on processes associated with student
   internship, scholarship and sponsorship
• Manage bond breakers, damages payable etc.
• Manage personnel related to the DMP operation
• Manage the website to ensure it is updated
• Evaluate work flow processes to improve work productivity

Alumni Relations
• Organize alumni meetings
• Assist alumni in coordinating alumni events
• Maintain contact with alumni to build alumni relationship and for reporting
   purposes

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and writing skills
  • Self driven and resourceful
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
