Module EC0604: Lean Six Sigma for Logistics & Supply Chain

The Lean Six Sigma for Logistics & Supply Chain programme provides participants with an overview of Lean Enterprise as well as key concepts associated with improvement teams. Teams will learn a structured methodology for business improvement and a set of simple and effective tools with in the methodology.

 

The module objective is to provide an overview of the key steps of the Lean Transformation.  Participants will learn and practice the tools which are used during the whole Lean Transformation.

Instructor(s):  Certified Instructors from Motorola University and Industry

Module Certification:

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Lean Six Sigma for Logistics & Supply Chain jointly issued by Motorola and TLI – Asia Pacific.

 

Participants interested in the Green Belt Programme leading to certification may enroll for an additional 3 days programme with Motorola University.

Module Duration:  3 days

Module Schedule (Tentative):

      13 - 15 May 2008 / 17 - 19 September 2008  

Module Fee:

      Per module: SGD 2,000 per person
      ECSCM programme: SGD 1,750 per person

Subsidy:

Subsidy support from the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) is available, subject to terms and conditions.  Please refer to section on “Financial Subsidy” for more details.
