provides funding support to help companies offset the module fees.

To be eligible for module fees support, the following criteria have to be met:
- Training must be fully sponsored by companies
- Companies must be registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Trainees must be employees, and who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
of Singapore
- Trainees must attain at least 75% attendance for each module, and complete the
required group projects/assignments.
The objective of the funding subsidy is to train and
equip participant with the skillsets needed to perform
their expanded job scope. After the training, the
requirements from the participants are:
1. Retention
of the trainee for a minimum of 3 months upon completion
of training;
2. Expanded
job scope of trainee after the course;
3. Increase
potential to take on higher job role (Expanded job scope
to be listed);
4. Application
of new skills at the work place
Participating companies are requested to submit all
relevant documents for authentication and validation.
Incomplete submission will cause delay in the
disbursement of funds.
Disbursement of funds
WDA will reimburse companies after the course ends.
Payment of course fee is to be made in FULL to TLI -
Asia Pacific before course commencement.
There will be two schedules for disbursements of funds.
First will be at 80% upon completion of training while
the second and last disbursement will be made after the
companies and the trainees have met the above outcomes
tied to the funding.
Participating company and its trainee(s) are required to
complete the
ECSCM Programme Claim Form
and send this to:
