Integrated Supply Chain Management

Cutting a sound strategy is critical to the success of the modern organisation. As such, this module attempts to understand the six drivers of supply chain management. Using appropriate case examples from the retail, computer, and automotive industries, we attempt to highlight some of the more advanced supply chain strategies to help companies improve their supply chain processes and sustain their competitive advantage.

 

At the end of the module, participants should be able to appreciate the supply chain of optimization, cost, value and measurement, and use these performance measures to cast the best possible market driven and customer focused supply chain strategies.

Module Certification:

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Integrated Supply Chain Management, jointly issued by TLI – Asia Pacific and Accenture

Module Duration:

1 day + 14-hr online segment

Intake(s): 22 July 2009 / 1 October 2009

Online Segment:

A set of login ID and password will be given to participant. Participant is required to complete the online modules 6 calendar months, from the point of 1st login.

Module Fee:

   Individual module: SGD 2,250 per person
   ECSCM programme: SGD 2,000 per person

Funding Support:

Subsidy from the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) is available, subject to terms and conditions.  Please refer to section on “Funding Support” for more details.
