Admission Criteria
Admission into the program is on a competitive basis and strong academic qualifications are essential.
Academic Qualification
At least a 2nd Class Honours degree (Upper) or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or any related discipline, preferably with a strong background in management science/operation research.
GRE
All applicants must support their applications with scores in the Graduate Record Examination taken after 1 March 2005 (refer to www.gre.org for details on GRE).Acceptable score for consideration are 450 verbal section, 750 quantitative section and 4 for Analytical writing section.
TOEFL
Applicants must have good results in Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) taken after 1 March 2007 (refer to
www.toefl.org for details on TOEFL). Minimum scores for considerations are 550 (paper-based test) 213 (computer-based test) and 90 (Internet- based test). Graduates with first degrees from North American, British and Singapore Universities with English Language as the medium of instruction are exempted from this requirement.
Work Experience
Possession of relevant work experience in the Logistics field or related area of work would be advantageous although not essential.
